In practice, traditional school models whose practices do not promote inclusion are still being carried out, since they are the supports outside the classroom, individualized curricula and tasks with different objectives, which has a direct impact on the research problem: How to contribute to equitable access to inclusive education from the use of computer tools? In response to this problem, the objective is to develop a technological tool to support the formation of skills in students with intellectual disabilities, which will serve as a support for the teacher's work. In its development, methods and techniques such as: analytical-synthetic, inductiondeduction, documentary analysis, observation and interview, as well as descriptive and inferential statistics were used to collect, interpret and process the information related to the subject. The result is a computer application for adaptive learning that contributes to the formation of skills in students with intellectual disabilities, providing functionalities for the development of activities related to language, facilitating phonemic processes, recognition of objects in everyday life, interaction with the family with corrective and/or compensatory character. It allows the interaction of the student with the presence of the teacher, using levels of assistance that provide success in the learning of skills and evaluation of their performance.Keywords: technological tool; intellectual disability; skills.
