Summary:The bibliographic review article analyzes the value that the Ministry of Education in Cuba must achieve by the teacher to offer treatment to the objectives to form a professional more prepared to assume roles during their working life. The present research seeks to approach the foundations that support the modes of ecological action of the students of the Bachelor of Education degree Primary. The objective is determined: Analyses theory and ideas about development of ecological education that contribute to the modes of action as a necessity for the sustainable development of society and within it, the school as a fundamental center of the community. The research carried out is of a pedagogical nature with a qualitative approach, in which results are provided from various theoretical and empirical methods that reveal the theoretical-pedagogical shortcomings of teachers that limit the students' modes of action. The proposal of actions will allow the improvement of ecological education in the training process of the primary teacher and will energize the possibility of integrating the knowledge of the students of the career for the feasibility and usefulness of their ecological education.
